- The Cancalaise moored intra-muros in summer 2015. The general manager, Christophe Le Bihan, defends the values of the group Mytilimer which brings together 13 producers of the AOP bouchot mussel of the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. The artisanal factory, La Cancalaise, takes the blue-white-yellow color code of the sea workers to put before its fresh and pasteurized fish soups accompanied by their croutons and rust, and its range of rillettes and preserves. A fresh ray is the highlight of Cancale oysters and AOP mussels from the Mont-Saint-Michel bay.
