The Saint-Malo association Sinoo was born in 2016 from the desire of its founder Virginie Lizion, to organize in Saint-Malo a timed 10km race, open to women and men, as part of Pink October, the international campaign for breast cancer awareness.
In 2022, La Sinueuse - La Malouine will celebrate its 5th edition. Open to girls and boys, from 12 years old for La Malouine and from 16 years old for La Sinueuse, on presentation of a medical certificate.
