Gwenn Mérel continues her research and experiments around the landscape and the place of the man who walks it. Her works borrow from different creative processes: drawing, installation, embroidery, gardening, knitting, performance... As soon as possible, she escapes from the studio to roam the streets or roam the countryside. It is these escapades, through contemplation and the moments of elucubration that they allow, which are the starting point of his artistic work.

In this exhibition, Gwenn Mérel is inspired by scenes from nature and elements extracted from the landscape, replaying on a large scale the obsolete technique of incrustation.
on foam board, by embroidering a vernacular horizon on curtains, or by knitting clouds that she then lets wander.
