Portuguese influencer Matilde Lobo Ferreira do Espirito Santo, a former resident of London, completed a tour of Brittany coordinated by Atout France and the Regional Tourism Committee of Brittany. For the first time, Matilde discovered the region, especially Saint-Malo and Cancale. Destination Saint-Malo Baie du Mont-Saint-Michel offered her a gastronomic tour of Intra-Muros, before discovering the coast between Saint-Coulomb and Cancale and ending with an oyster tasting at Port de la Houle.Afterwards, she will introduce the destination to the 188,000 followers of her Instagram account, which is geared toward gastronomy and heritage.
Swedish journalist Anna Thorbjörnsson, in addition to her press reception coordinated by Atout France and Destination Rennes, traveled through the treasures of the region: from the Château de Combourg to the Thermes Marins, via the Cathedral of Dol-de-Bretagne, the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel and the Emerald Coast. Collaborating with many Swedish national media (advertising value of his articles estimated at 15k€), his articles are based on train travel, outdoor activities, culture… This trip will be used to write a press article as well as his book “Traveling by train in France” to be published in 2023.
