Well-being in Saint-Malo
  • Yoga teacher for several years, I offer several class schedules in my yoga studio, and I also travel to my home in Saint-Malo and its surroundings.

    The weekly group lessons are developed according to the intensity you want to put in your practice, and according to what you are looking for:
    - gentle yoga: the anti-stress and rejuvenating session
    - hatha yoga: “health and prevention” yoga
    - hatha flow: for more dynamism
    - women's yoga: adapted to women's specificities

    Yoga teacher for several years, I offer several class schedules in my yoga studio, and I also travel to my home in Saint-Malo and its surroundings.

    The weekly group lessons are developed according to the intensity you want to put in your practice, and according to what you are looking for:

    - senior courses, pregnant women, children
    In fine weather, some courses are offered outdoors, in collaboration with Saint-Malo restaurant owners.

    Private lessons are adapted to each person and can last between 3/4h and 1h30.

    I also offer initiations, courses or workshops to:
    - groups: family, friends, bachelorette party
    - companies: for company days, seminars on well-being at work, etc.
    - associations
    - institutions

    For these groups or occasionally in my studio, I develop for you:
    - workshops and events around yoga: discovery of yoga, breathing and meditation, posturology, thematic sessions
    - wellness workshops and events, in partnership with other professionals: naturopath and reflexology, shiatsu specialist, masseuse and beauty professional, sophrologist, aromatherapist
    - “Walking and yoga” outings: mindful walking, introduction to Afghan walking, outdoor yoga, “Run&Discover” to discover Saint-Malo in a different way, or Paddle yoga outing

    I am committed to helping you discover yoga and its benefits and to guide you through the different aspects of this practice: the importance of breathing, body awareness and appropriate exercises, relaxation, meditation and thought. positive.
