  • Le Saumonier Dinard is a traditional fish and smoking company. Created in 2013 by Rodolphe Belghazi, Master salmon farmer, it is directed by Claude Lenéel. During the visits, he will explain to you the differences with the industry, and will make you (re) discover the authentic taste of artisanal smoked salmon. Large bay windows allow you to observe the salting, smoking or slicing by hand. Shop and sale on site.
