The Destination Saint-Malo Baie du Mont-Saint-Michel has been awarded the QUALITÉ TOURISME mark in 2021.
Created by the French Ministry in charge of tourism, it is the recognition of the continuous improvement approaches to service quality implemented by Tourist Offices. An audit is carried out every 5 years. It is a guarantee of trust and quality of service between professionals and visitors.

More generally, the Destination Saint-Malo Baie du Mont-Saint-Michel Intercommunal Tourist Office is aware of the need to take stock of the adapted tourist offer throughout its territory.
The Tourist Office has held the Tourisme & Handicap mark since 2015 for the 4 disabilities: auditory, mental, motor and visual.
The office also received the Trophée d’Or du Tourisme Accessible in 2017; this is a national award that marks official recognition of the quality of the offer dedicated to the disabled public. The tourist office offers numerous services and facilities.
The Tourist Office is committed to an ecotourism approach and raises visitors’ awareness of respect for the environment: coastal outings with a naturalist guide, dematerialised information, information on public transport…
