To be the partner for the implementation of tourism development strategies of the communities of communes, communauté d’agglomération and communes.
[Organise and develop] the tourism offering at the destination.
[Coordinate], with Dinan Agglomération, the integrated strategy for the Cap Fréhel – Saint-Malo – Mont-Saint-Michel Bay Destination: definition of a shared programme of actions and operational implementation.
[Develop]the strategy for the Destination Contract for Le Mont-Saint-Michel and its Bay: definition, in conjunction with Normandy, of a shared programme of actions and operational implementation
[Support]the implementation of public tourism projects and development studies by municipalities and communities of municipalities and conurbations.
[Support]the implementation of private projects (technical assistance, marketing, standards and regulations, fund-raising, qualifications and professionalisation, etc.).
[Develop and promote]hiking: set up a network of long and short hiking trails and local loops. Definition of routes, departmental classification (PDIPR), signposting, costing, hiking guides, flyers.
[Coordinate] the cycling scheme throughout the Destination in order to create a territorial network. Definition of routes, signposting study, development of services, accompanying leaflets ….
[Implement] tourist signage for public and private partners: directional signposting, Local Interest Signposting (SIL), image panels, etc. Regulatory study, technical implementation file, costing, implementation monitoring
[Enhance] the heritage: support for local authorities in implementing their local projects.
Quality initiatives:
[Supporting] accessibility (disability) and obtaining the Tourism and Disability label for tourist facilities of professionals and local authorities. Diagnostics, recommendations for improvements, etc. to obtain the label.
[Raising awareness, training] socio-professionals in digital technology to improve the performance of their business, using digital tools.
[Introduce]and promote tourism labels: Accueil vélo, Étape Rando Bretagne, Atout France classification, Ville et Territoire Vélotouristique…
[Observe]economic tourism activity: take stock of the destination’s accommodation and leisure facilities.
