Experience lifeguarding!

The Nautisurf St-Malo association, certified as a National Lifeguarding School (ENS) by the FFSS (French Lifeguarding and First Aid Federation) under the supervision of the Ministry of Sports, guarantees the quality of lifeguarding education while contributing to better training and safety of practitioners.

Lifeguarding, born in Australia, is described as a fun and varied sport but also as a civic activity that can be practiced by everyone and at any age.
Those who practice this sport become independent and responsible in an aquatic environment.
They will know how to swim, save themselves and save others.
It is a sport that includes several specialties, whether in the water or on the beach:
Swimming, fins, apnea, towing the mannequin, sand sprint, paddle-board (rescue board) and surfski (sea kayak).
These specialties are inspired by professional coastal rescue and the desire to "rescue better and faster".

The association's sports rescue club is open all year round for rescue, recreation and competition, while training in rescue techniques and becoming a lifeguard (BNSSA, BSB).
