Ar-Zénith was the first civilian ship to set sail for England after General de Gaulle's appeal on June 18, 1940. Subsequently, many other ships will follow in its wake... Ship restored by the APPEL AR ZENITH Association and classified as a “Historic Monument” in 1999.
