Educational farm, history of oyster farming, initiation and discovery of algae
Visits to the heart of oysters, paired with an iodized Escap'Algues!

During a 1 hour guided tour, you will discover the oyster farming workshops of La Ferme Marine Cancale. A screening will complete this commented visit to understand the difficult work of the “gardeners of the sea” in the oyster beds.

You will complete this visit with a 1 hour iodine walk on the foreshore, at the foot of the workshops, for an initiation into the discovery of algae present on site. With Annaïck, you will observe these marine plants and discover their culinary and medicinal virtues.

A tasting (oysters and homemade seaweed tartare) will close this convivial moment.
