Visit to the Marine Farm + Seaweed outing (duration 02h30/02h45)

Following the visit to the Marine Farm, set off to discover the seaweed of our coasts.
With Annaïck, host of Annaon Tourisme, you will "dive" into this still little-known plant world. A walk on the foreshore, at the foot of the oyster farms, will help you understand the benefits of seaweed.
A tasting of a seaweed tartare will be offered to conclude this friendly moment.

Seaweed outing + Workshop "cooking your seaweed tartare" (duration 02h00)

Annaïck will offer you an introduction to seaweed which will take place in 2 stages.
The morning will begin with a discovery, in their environment, of the virtues of seaweed.
Following this walk, it will be up to you to take matters into your own hands with a workshop "cooking your seaweed tartare", followed by its tasting to awaken your taste buds. (little extra: 1 hollow oyster and 1 flat oyster + 1 glass of wine per person)
