After 3 years of collaboration, the Naguelann & Malouin's Gin Breton distillery have created La Distillerie de Saint-Malo, a new distillation and discovery workshop around spirits. A UNIQUE PLACE TO CONSUME LOCALLY
It is in the heart of a Haussmannian building, within the city ramparts, that La Distillerie de Saint Malo opened its doors in the fall of 2022. An exclusive place that brings together a boutique, a tasting area and which reveals to as many people as possible the process of manufacturing spirits, in particular the stills used in their creations.
La Distillerie de Saint Malo also aims to promote local consumption. It therefore presents bottles rooted in the terroir and the history of Brittany such as a vodka made from buckwheat, a rum distilled in Saint Malo and a gin. A way for enthusiasts and the curious to (re)discover famous spirits from new terroirs with new flavors. Designed as a laboratory, La Distillerie de Saint-Malo also unveils limited edition spirits over time, created according to the founders' desires.
In an approach to adapting to its customers, La Distillerie offers professionals a personalized service in order to create tailor-made products on request according to their own criteria.
A strong eco-responsible commitment.
Beyond products made with respect for the environment, La Distillerie de Saint Malo wanted to go further in its eco-responsible approach by offering its spirits in bulk. Thus, individuals and professionals will be able to fill their bottle of gin, vodka or rum as they wish thanks to large fountains placed within the establishment. And for those who would only like to recycle their bottle, the distillery will offer a recycling system with deposit.
