In the heart of Intra-Muros, an authentic 17th century building houses the Restaurant l'Absinthe which welcomes you for lunch and dinner in a tiered space, with a chic and contemporary decoration and different atmospheres.
Our chef Stéphane Brebel puts local and seasonal products at the heart of his cooking with a frequently renewed menu. His training at Les Maisons de Bricourt with chef Olivier Rœllinger, three Michelin stars, and his experience in Savoie and Reunion Island, have enabled him to magnify spices and marry flavors and textures.

Proposals and menus are renewed every season. We also welcome you for lunch with a daily menu starting at 17 €. Large choice of wines by the glass
For your events, 7 group menus and 3 cocktail receptions are available with their drink formulas. Room or restaurant can be privatized.
Delivery of jars at lunchtime during the week for companies, all year round, except during school vacations.
