In the heart of Saint-Malo, chef Olivier Hubert has found a home base at Le Cambusier, much to the delight of Marie-Eve, a Breton "pure salted butter" who is deeply attached to her Cancale roots. Her grandfather, a Cambusier and Terre-Neuvas aboard the Heureux, still inspires the spirit of the place today.
In the kitchen, priority is given to raw, local, and seasonal produce. The chef works with local sources, creates dishes full of flavors and textures, and updates his menu according to the tides, harvests, and desires. Cambusier Menu at €43 (lunch & dinner)

The wine cellar boasts over 130 carefully selected wines, including 40% organic wines, from committed estates and authentic terroirs.
