5 minutes walk from 3 beautiful beaches and the GR34 with its many panoramic views, welcomes you to a beautiful spacious, bright and functional house with its large L-shaped veranda (45 m²) and its enclosed garden with trees and secure , in a small quiet residence, without traffic noise and not overlooked.

Capacity of 10 people but from November to March, as the veranda is not sufficiently heated, we only accept 8 people.

Classified 3 keys by CléVacances and 3 stars in furnished tourist accommodation, this friendly house allows with its 5 bedrooms (including 1 with a small view of the Chausey Islands) and its 3 bathrooms-WC, to accommodate 1 to 2 families + children or a dozen friends wishing to enjoy a stay by the sea to rest in peace and without interfering with each other. Ideal rental for 4 couples with children.

Very well equipped for cooking and leisure, it is also, under the eucalyptus trees, an ideal playground for children (table football, many outdoor games + complete childcare kit to avoid carrying bulky items) and a very practical starting point for many tourist and gastronomic excursions.
