This house, located next to the restored Moulin de la Saline (1827), features an interactive exhibition of local culinary products and recipes (AOP salted meadow lamb from Mont-Saint-Michel, AOP bouchot mussels from the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, garlic from Cherrueix, Rouget de Dol apples, the secrets of cider making...).
