FAUMEA STAND UP PADDLE & YOGA offers a variety of stand up paddle and Gasquet yoga lessons, both group and private.
The banks of the Rance maritime river offer an ideal setting, calm and green, for discovering the pleasures of paddle boarding in a friendly atmosphere.
A qualified instructor will accompany you on a wide range of outings: water rides (2h), hikes (2h30), paddle yoga (2h30), Breton experience (tasting and paddle yoga 3h), Paddle apéro (2h30) and private events. You'll be given technical advice from the shore so you can discover the beauty of the Rance at your own pace (bays, protected islands and ancient mills) as the winds and currents take you.
You'll play with the balance of the paddle and the handling of the oar to learn the different principles of paddling. Paddle yoga starts in the spring and offers a moment of real well-being. The balancing act involved in practising yoga on the paddle encourages in-depth muscle strengthening and proprioception.
The peaceful setting of the River Rance and the lapping of the water on your paddle will help you relax. Water sports and paddle yoga are accessible to beginners in both paddle and yoga.
