Hédé-Bazouges
Spanning 85 kilometres between Rennes and Saint-Malo,the Ille-et-Rance Canal offers a bucolic escape along its towpath and wooded paths. At Hédé-Bazouges, an impressive series of eleven locks follow one another over 2 kilometres, separated by just 200 metres. This work of human engineering blends seamlessly into the verdant landscape, creating a unique scene to explore. Whether on foot, by bike or by boat, this walk invites discovery in different forms, each revealing its own particular charm.
Saint-Malo
The fortifications of Saint-Malo, with their imposing towers and facades, draw an unforgettable silhouette. The walkway offers spectacular panoramas, while the vast beaches of the corsair city seem to stretch as far as the eye can see. Here, the perpetual movement of the tides fascinates and never ceases to amaze.
Saint-Malo, shaped by waves, wind and tides, is a city deeply linked to tales of adventure and conquest. Its horizons evoke legendary figures such as Robert Surcouf, Jacques Cartier and Chateaubriand.

The Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel
With a tidal range of 13 metres, take advantage of the receding sea to explore an enchanting landscape, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The bay, with its golden reflections, reveals a spectacular panorama of Mont Saint-Michel. The wealth of preserved flora and fauna will amaze you. It’s also the perfect place to try your hand at sailing boats!
Go along the Digue de la Duchesse Anne, from Saint-Benoit des Ondes to the Chapelle Sainte-Anne, while enjoying a breathtaking view over the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. This enjoyable 20km ride will be punctuated by fascinating discoveries and enchanting landscapes. You won’t see time go by, not only because of the flat terrain, but above all because your eyes will be dazzled by the beauty of the surroundings: marshes, biez, greenway, Mont Saint-Michel, and fields as far as the eye can see… Take the opportunity to follow the route des Moulins or get away from it all and visit the Chappe Telegraph.
